Viognier (pronounced "VEE-ohn-yay")
The aroma is that of very ripe white melon,
freshly picked peaches and apricots, and
ripe pears. Your palate is surprised to
encounter a dry nectar offering flavors
that resemble a mixture of ripe pears,
peaches and apricots, sometimes with a
honeyed nuance. Lush and viscous on the
palate with more body than most Chardonnays,
the wine's aftertaste is not at all cloying,
but fresh and vibrant, impelling you to
take another sip.

Tempranillo (tem-prah-nee-yoh)
The most pedigreed red grape of Spain,
especially associated with its historic
Rioja region, Tempranillo possesses a
dark lush fruit that ages well. "The
nose is of very ripe blackberries mingled
with red and black stone fruit like plums
and prunes. The dark purple wine fills
the palate with a rich medley of intensely
ripe fruit. Paella and other rice and
grain recipes are lovely with the medium-bodied
styles of Tempranillo, Lamb and other
fragrant red meat dishes are also good
mates.

Syrah
On
the palate, it displays ripe, intense,
darkly fruited flavors reminiscent of
blackberries and black cherries. The jammy
flavors married to the caramel overtones
of the oak produce a very elegant and
cellar worthy wine. Complex & full
bodied. Syrah is the perfect match For
any kind of meat or fowl and even spicy
fare such as sausage or Cajun dishes.
Great with a prime rib. Silver

Ed's Red
Our Ed’s Red
seeks a harmony of our Cabernet Sauvignon,
Merlot and Syrah varieties. Clearly Cabernet
Sauvignon in body, the Merlot develops
and softens the tannins while adding sweet
cherry aromas and flavors. The Syrah adds
rich, complex and distinctive flavors,
with pronounced pepper, spice, black cherry,
and roasted nut flavors, a smooth, supple
texture and smooth tannins. Quite wonderful
now, aging will prove a real treat for
